Terms of use
Effective 29 September 2026. These terms apply to the Arah app and the account service at arahmap.online.
The service
Arah shows maps, nearby places, routes, weather, and an assistant. Maps, place names, and routes come from third-party sources. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check the road yourself. Arah is not an emergency service.
Your account
You can create an account with an email address and a password of at least 10 characters, or with Google. You are responsible for keeping the password or Google account private. Do not share the account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, probe it for other people's data, or send unlawful content to the assistant. Arah may refuse requests that exceed the published rate limits.
Your content
Trip notes and places you save on the phone remain yours. Messages you send to the assistant are processed to produce a reply, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability
The app and the server can be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or network problems. Live traffic may be unavailable. Arah does not promise uninterrupted navigation.
Ending use
You may stop using Arah and delete the account at any time from the app, or from the account deletion page with your password or with Google. Arah may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
